Banda is not a good coach plain and simple. His only use is recruiting and he rarely actually wins big recruiting Bayless.

Only reason we might get Stevenson is Diaz got promoted to DC

Firing him would be insanity.

They each teach their position. I like both coaches and I like having a Top 5 pass defense.

I love Bandy, Hall, Frierson, Blades, and Ivey. But IMO, it doesn’t matter if Banda is Bill Walsh. We will not have an back 4 that produces 1st rounders if we lose out on this much DB talent in a 3 year period. 2-3 of these guys would completely change our depth chart.

B/c since Golden we’ve had players drafted. W Shannon we’ve had players drafted. So tf what. There’s drafted and then there’s DRAFTED. Willis will be DRAFTED, JJ and Redwine might be drafted and if they are, it will be later rounds.

We need guys consistently going 1st and 2nd rounds. That’s what’s attractive to kids. Not 5th - 7th rounds.
