Will Howard to Ohio St

I’ve never really watched Howard but his stats aren’t very good. Can someone explain how he is a top tier QB?

I think Ward fits what Dawson would rather do independently from Mario. But marrying his scheme with Mario’s desire offensive philosophy makes Howard style fit better. If Mario wants to ground teams into submission in the fourth quarter Howard paired with Fletcher sounds like a Mario wet dream.
