Howard was never reported as a done deal or anything close to it.
Ward was, and it's been confirmed he literally signed an NIL deal - literally meeting the definition of "done deal" lol.

You said you haven't been paying attention. I just gave you the summary. You won't find any proof Howard was ever a done deal here. You will see Dmoney been saying he was 1B and that they would have accepted his commitment. You won't find anyone who says we landed him though. In fact I think most here had him to USC or Ohio State.

And the Ward thing has been confirmed. And he was choosing between us and NFL.

McCord was better than Howard statistically. Will be real interesting to see how it plays out. Probably a lot of running and zone reads for him to keep it.
