No, if you sharpen your reading skills, you will note that I said our talent is over rated and not better than Duke or Wake on defense. I did not say we need NFL talent to stop people. I stated we have a coaching and player deficit.

the best defenses in the country all have good players, we're not on that level yet, talent wise.

Scheme doesn't help hide that it exposes it more

Duke gaines 500 yards of offense only 3 times all season, against us (543), Pittsburgh (532), and Troy (514). NC Central held them to "only" 488! They averaged 408 yards a game on offense, so we allowed them there best offensive game by far. FSU held them to 239, VaTech held them to 198, and GaTech held them to 254.

All you need to know. GT fires Al Groh (D'Onofrio/Golden's idol) and all of a sudden they aren't the ones giving up 500 on a regular basis.
