Does anyone else have trouble throwing bombs down field, it seems everytime i see my guy open the safety recovers amazingly quick and always ****s up the pass

Yes, I can't pass worth **** in this game. Its a miracle if I crack 200 yards LOL I get Duke 100+ every game and playaction still doesn't work. Short passing game works well but nothing is ever open deep.

having played the game a little more you have perfectly time the pass and hope your receiver beats the corner or its a pick or deflection, i understand in the last game you can basically bomb on every play and they want to change that but come on i would like at least/ one bomb TD, oh and has anyone noticed a pause when a receiver catches the ball it makes YAC all most impossible because of this, do i have to do an extra step now to do that

Rumor on EA forum is Sean Taylor was just added to the Ultimate Team mode.

Playing with 26 in a canes jersey is worth the $60 alone.

If anyone would like to try my "Miami" roster I think you won't be disappointed granted the base roster is from Yukon46 but I edited the canes! Give me heads up and tell me if you like them and what not..

Granted ea sports does not have all helmets  but I tried... Anyway

I lost Baby Jesus, and Standish my first year. Olsen went to Army and Standish to ULM. Was pretty ****ed.

I lost Olsen to UMass. Gray Crow beat out Johnnie Football for the Heisman during Manziel's Senior season though, so it was a wash.

I lost baby Jesus to army 2 after year one so I moved him to the back up spot instead of Ryan Williams in a different dynasty for year one and it got him to stay. I know it wasted a year of eligibility on mop up duty but I rather have him for 2-3 more years than never get to use him

Can any1 tell me about the off season recruiting? I heard they completely changed it and dumbed it down. SMH. One of the best things about NCAA Football games was the offseason recruiting.

Yeah I don't like it this year. Basically you assign points to prospects instead of calling this year and certain bonus points based off schools grade in categories like playing time, proximity to home, conference prestige, etc. In the offseason you only get one week to distribute 10,000 points to prospects remaining on your board. I'm convinced is 2 random though because I'll give all 10,000 to the one player one I want and I already have a lead with him but I won't end up getting him and instead I'll end up getting a player who I barely recruited, was trailing other schools to, and gave no points in the offseason to.

You can also upgrade to having 15,000 points in the offseason by upgrading your coachs level

So IMO the goal to succeed should be to get as many prospects to commit before the offseason because there is no guarantee you will get them then. Focus on like 15 or less recruits and Max them out all season and every time one commits go find another

Thanks. I hate how EA keeps messing with features that shouldn't be touched. It sounds like they took out the strategy out of recruiting, am I right? One week of recruiting? Who ever came up with that idea should get hit with a bat then get fired. In the off season is where I, sometimes, get a 5 or 4 star recruit. And I need all 5 weeks to get him.

It's more unpredictable, just like recruiting really is. I like it a lot. Now that I understand it.

You need to win, and upgrade your skills. Strategy is key when targeting and pursuing on this one. You will be rewarded for your diligence.

Again, NO MORE MINDLESS, REDUNDANT PHONE CALLS.

I still don't agree with you on the recruiting just like earlier in this thread, DHucks.

At least with last year's game you could compare schools in all of the different pitches. If I'm an A+ in Pro Potential, yet I'm trailing a school that's a B, I could compare that in a call and get a major swing...especially if I had swayed the recruit's interest on that pitch. You could also pick which pitches to concentrate on during visits, which helped make or break those visits.

Also, there's the phenomenon of 4/5* recruits choosing schools like Army, Georgia State, or Louisiana-Lafayette. That's simply not realistic, and rarely if ever happened in past NCAA games.

Also--to the point of "you need to win"...I have been. I won the national title in my first season. I keyed in on recruits I wanted/needed and maxed them out. Well...I ended up with about the 65th ranked class in the country with 19 kids because I landed only 7 kids that I myself recruited through an undefeated season...and the other 12 that signed were low 3/2/1* prospects. Now, my hopes all rest on two things: player training, and hoping I can recruit better the next 2 years to upgrade over those kids that the computer signed for me.

That's **** sure unpredictable like you said--but it sure as **** isn't realistic.
