Who’s going to Syracuse?

Any alumni events in the area next weekend? I’m flying up from Miami for the game and would love to connect with any Canes. Is there anything planned? Canes United?

Wondering what section is the "Miami" section? Want to sit amongst the orange and green!

& If anyone has two tickets in that zone let me know!

Anyone know the best place to park? Looking online I can’t quite figure out the best spot or how to buy parking in advance.

The lots next to the Dome are more expensive but worth it — you need to purchase ahead of time, if I remember correctly. It’s then a short walk (bring layers…going to be cold)

The most common thing people do is park at Skytop — they then have shuttles that take everyone to the Dome from there. It’s cheap and a fun tailgate spot, but the shuttles system is annoying.

Thanks for the info. By chance do you know how to buy the parking in advance?

I’ll be there. Section 115. Anything going on in town that weekend?
Nothing great around the Dome.

There are some decent bars around Tippery Hill — Blarney Stone/Colemans.

Also, some other good spots in Armory Square —Hop Spot, for example. Just be careful down there….can get sketchy late at night.

Since the lots close to the Dome are owned mostly by season ticket holders, you have to look on websites like Stubhub. That’s where my wife and I got ours (just double checked for you)

For those looking for some good places to eat, here is what I came up with off the top of my head:

Best Burger — Ale & Angus or Blarney Stone

Best Wings — Swallows, Change of Pace, Blarney Stone

Tullys has great chicken tenders and other pub food. Also, a solid spot to watch games and drink some beers.

Italian — Pastabilities or Francesca’s

You also have places like Dinosaur BBQ, but I think it’s overrated. If anyone has any questions, let me know. I live in the city. It’s not a great place by any means but there are some hidden gems.

While in Cuse, you have to get buffalo wings if you’re into that kind of food. Outside of Buffalo, you won’t find many places better.

So you’re traveling to Syracuse for the game and you don’t have tickets?
Uhhh ya.. it's next weekend. Have you ever heard of ticketmaster?

What a stupid comment. One of the dumbest i've seen on here.

I wanted to find out if there was a designated area of tickets that were sold to Miami fans. It appears there wasn't. So we'll just grab tickets behind Miami's Bench.
