Which ACC coach would you guess said this about Diaz?

Who gives a **** what those losers think?

Here's the bottom line, fellas:

Clappy / Radio / Folden aint running the show anymore. These faqqots are ****ing their panties. Donna is GONE - and they know it! Richt is in charge - and they know it!
The future is bright for us, and dimmer for others. Just a matter of time before we begin throttling the opposition, straight up emasculation.

That aint Jimbo. My first guess is Cutcliffe....after that look at some oc's we played last year. But it sounds as someone who is a greybeard sort of coach. Who seems a bit jealous...two come to my head in Paul Johsnon and Cutcliffe even with them saying its an assistant that said it

Duke coach, probably.

As for Gimmick Defense, ask that Frenchie QB for FSU how gimmicky those hits felt. XD

Dabo? Jimbo? .....U guys serious? lol at you guys thinking the head of any major program would entrust an "anonymous" quote like that to a crusty athlon mag reporter he has had no prior interactions with...

It was likely some loser GA or completely made up. I could maybe buy brewster - mostly cause the guy only cares about recruiting and seems to give zero fvcks and/or has a ***** loose.

They've said disrespectful things on camera. Unnecessary statements that a coach with class wouldn't say.

Like who?

Just wondering because most coaches are experts at coachspeak where they say nothing, especially about other coaches.

There are a couple of notable examples, like Harbaugh, but mostly they say very little critical. Not saying I don't believe you, I actually do. I guess I just missed them. So I'd like to see some examples.

Dabo called our stadium set-up bush-league 2 seasons ago.

Jimbo said we didn't deserve our ranking last season before they played us.

i don't remember either quote - got a link?

No, and i'm not even gonna look. I saw them both with my own eyes. If you want you can google the Dabo post-game presser after Clemson played us 2 years ago, and google Jimbo talking about Miami last season when we were ranked 7.

Prior to last year Diaz was at best an above average DC at the d1 level. Any quantitative metric proved that and most on here were highly skeptical of the hire.

He finally found a place where he can recruit athletes with the mentality that fit his general style and it worked out in year one. It'll likely continue to work out because what he's proved is you don't have to be that smart to have an at least very good defense here. We just forgot that because of the garbage we had become accustomed under donofrio.

Overall there IS a lot of truth to that quote. It's just that it doesn't really matter based on where he's actually coaching.
The President of the Brett Bielema fan club has spoken... Take heed

Only someone very uneducated or borderline illiterate would respond in an adhoc manner like this without substance. No one on a random sports message board 'cares' about how 'hard' you are because you put Liberty city in your screenname.

Stop trolling or try somewhere else. Or be like the rest of us who attempt to be accountable for ourselves in the real world and
Debate without drooling on yourself.
LOL... Look, he plays the "uneducated" card & tries to stereotype me, classic.

The irony of you telling someone to stop trolling is hilarious all by itself.

I'm not interested in debating with you because you clearly have no idea wtf you're talking about, especially in reference to Coach Diaz.

Anybody that would endorse a Corch like Bielema the way you did is clearly looking for attention, so I gave you some, but I did so in manner that would highlight the absurdity of your statement to show the contrast in how you could have the audacity to attempt to criticize Diaz, while simultaneously being the only Brett Bielema fan on the board.

In other words, your response to me busting your chops just proved that you know how dumb your initial statement was & instead of laughing at yourself you tried to play me using fallacies because you assume I don't know what they are, unfortunately for you, you just showed how dumb you are again.

Now... Good day sir.

Though definetly a smug prick w a punchable face, I don't think PJ cares about the defense. He runs what he runs.

I saw the new athlon college football preview mag this morning briefly in the grocery store and they had this anonymous quote

"Manny Diaz does a nice job defensively, but he's a total gimmick guy. He wants to try and prove to people that he's brilliant."- an Opposing ACC coach

I'm guessing jimbo's punk ***

I don't an ACC Coach said that. "An Opposing ACC Coach is equates to "My Sources" which often means the writer pulled it from their ***.

would prob be an assistant who has coached against him a bunch of times before? idk, but the doucheness of it makes me think its someone from the north carolina or virgina schools

doubt its one of the clem or fs guys

Those anonymous quotes are the only reason I take a look at those preseason mags.
Agree or disagree, I always find them interesting.
Regarding the comments on Diaz, no fuggs given.
All I know is he did a great job at UM this past season.
Also, I remember same magazine having an anonymous quote in the 2014 preseason mag where Justin Fuente
was taken to task.
It was along the lines of the "I have no idea what he is trying to do at that program...no direction" sort of stuff,
and we all saw how that turned out during the 2014 season and beyond.
