We should be looking at guys like Seth Littrell and Neal Brown.

Guys like that. Young. Hungry. X's and O's guys that innovate.

Stubborn, egotisitcal white men. The U/Flake James love to hire them. Ego and over-the-top loyalty has mired the program for what feels like 140,000 years. Randy (not a an egotistical white male) at least fired mofos. Whatever... UM football has turned into a country club for these fat bastehds with Flake playing ****tail waitress handing out the Arnie Palmies.

I thought we were over the "young up and coming" guys. WOuldn't you be worried about recruiting S. FL? I mean LIttrell looks like Golden and has coached almost extensively in Big12 country. Could he make that transition?

I would have the same concern for Neal Brown. However now at least we're throwing names out there for people to get to know. Not that i think CMR is going anywhere, anytime soon.

Ive lost hope and faith in Richt. It doesn’t take three years to find a competent qb. He’s running a clown show

Good coaches can coach anywhere. Check out Urb's CV. Bowling Green, Utah, Florida, OSU.

The geography doesn't matter when you know how to coach football.

Assuming we had an administration with a clue that cared about football they'd put Richt on alert and let him know he's coaching the rest of the season for his job. Entering your 3rd full year as the coach of a University of Miami program with probation in the rear view mirror comes with higher expectations, and he's simply done a **** poor job of roster construction at several key spots. Failing to re-recruit Mcintosh and Norton was also an utter failure. Full speed ahead on present course, and **** the torpedoes. Kids are graduating, No players are getting arrested. Local churches are full. Everyone is paying their taxes. Things are EXACTLY how the board and administration wants them. Anyone who thinks Richt will get anything other than a pat on the *** and a "good effort" for this Saturday are going to be severely disappointed. There is a better chance this administration asks him to also call defensive play calls (while being named the new President of the school) before ANY sort of innuendo or pressure is applied to St. Mark.

So to sum it up cliff notes style, we are ****ed with 47 penises.

One game? 19-8 is a schit record for a UM HC under zero sanctions.

Which is a problem if the plan is to develop him now. He can't "learn" the offense if he never gets to run it . Richt has said it a few times: even if he doesn't know exactly where to go, he finds an outlet and hits his target. Make the kid a hands on learner.
