Where the top in-state recruits in Florida signed

That’s one helluva forecast considering the predictability of HS OLinemen and the portal era.

Lets be honest, some of these kids are going to be really good players and we didn’t land at least one of them. With that being said, it doesn’t hurt us nearly as bad as it would have before the transfer portal.

No doubt MC better not let this become a trend next cycle but we did bring in top players from Georgia, Cali, and Nevada. But the pressure no doubt is on for next hs cycle considering 2026 is very strong all across Florida, especially south Florida.

I always keep it real and I've said before, it all comes down to money. I don't know where we're sitting on that list or how we're distributing it class / portal wise.

I also always said that certain schools single dollar is worth more than ours is. They have a track record of winning and producing NFL bound talent. There may even be something to a conferences allure.

Seeing that list, there's some spenders there, but **** Florida went all out. Are they doing the same in the portal?

Out of our rivals 1 won 2 games and fired everybody, the other we beat the crap out of and struggled all year to win just 8 games

We on the other hand had our best season in 20 years and had a heisman finalist to sell

We should be getting the pick of the litter instate. And I don’t wanna hear about kids being “paid for” to go elsewhere like we haven’t got money and been meeting the prices under Mario

Who did fsu get?

These kids picked Florida who they are legacy to and/.94 their agent is a past Florida player.

The other picked Texas who has way more money than Miami.

The other who picked LsU. Those are all hard head to head to win for Miami no matter how many wins to money they got.
 
Mario hasn't recruited Florida good at all in 2 of his 3 full classes. Funny how everyone in FL sucks when he misses on them all, but I am sure if he loads up next year on the top FL talent all of the sudden those players will become "generational" talents and he will be the king of FL. But again, ignore that he has recruited FL awful 2 of his 3 full classes.

Nobody and I’m not claiming fsu got any of them, I’m saying our 2 rivals were down while we had the best season in decades….so that list should have us all over it

And Mario has been beating blue bloods for top kids the last 2 classes prior when we had average to below average seasons so it’s not like has hasn’t done it plenty of times

Everyone wants to play in the SEC right now. You just can’t deny that. Now all the top
Portal players are going to the SEC. It’s a train that can’t be stopped right now. Need to somehow flip the script.
