When do we Panic?

this discussion needs to be picked up around November. I really think how UM performs is going to have an impact. People forget this has been a 15 year descent b4 last years resurgence. Have another 10-plus win campaign and I believe many more people will begin to believe what's taking place in Coral Gables under Richt....

The bag man strikes again.

3 people disagreed with you that there are bag men. LMFAO. When you see a Willie led F$U, Clem$on, $mart at UGA and Alabaga on the list of losses, and you immediately dismiss pay outs as a possibility....the bulb is pretty ****** dim.

UM

Because that winning thing is bs......that **** has been debunked like mythbusters for years and people still believe its about wins and losses.
It matters. Neal just said man saban just keeps winning championships. Surtain said he chose bama because he wants to win. Winning matters especially in south florida recruiting.

I'll start to panic if for some reason Miami has 0 wins by November and somehow neither Nkosi and Jarren are the answer at QB.

I'm still confident Miami ends up with a top 12 class by signing day in the spring

That's basically what we had last year. Now half the board freaks out when it's not the norm.

It should be telling that the reference to such a dynamic is to a team/coach from over 5 years ago -- it's just not very common or realistic to be able to do year in and year out
I don't think the board's freaking out over not having 16 blue chips committed right now. I think the issue is that we don't seem to be running first for most of our higher rated guys still on the board.

Other than Neal, McIntosh and MAR, do you honestly feel good about where we stand with any of our blue chips still on the board?

That's correct. We had some real struggles the years immediately following a NC. I think 1990 was one of those years. One recruiting service told me some kids were scared away by fear of no playing time. Things are probably different now but I think the correlation to winning might not be as strong. Some teams recruit great even without great seasons immediately preceding.

Nope. I don’t feel good about Stevenson or Bogle. Everyone else seems like a long shot.

I forgot to add Ingraham too. He's probably in.

I think we're looking at a borderline top 15 class this year based on who we have and where stand with blue chips players. Not terrible, but not gonna get us where we need to be either.

BRUH I'M GOING TO START A CLASS.

If we beat LSU and go into FSu undefeated, the tide will turn on this recruiting season. LSU sets the tone for the season and recruiting. Alot of these new recruits are frontrunners. Starting this season out good will show sustained success.

I feel good where we stand with Zipperer
I feel good where we stand with getting two of Braylen Ingraham, Quashon Fuller, Mike Morris, Tyler Davis
I feel good where we stand with Weaver

Ding Ding Ding My man

I wouldn't panic. The pure number of commits shows that quality depth is coming, regardless of what these websites say about star ratings. However, we can't go along blindly thinking that everything is okay.

This season has to be flawless, at least until the ACCCG. I will say that if I were to pick an offseason where the two starting DTs abruptly bolt for the draft, this was certainly not the one...

Teams rise because of the recruits they pull. Yes Saban wins but hes recruiting at a high level year one not because he won. Dude lost to utah in a bowl year two and did **** year one and still brought in mega classes. So the kids came before the wins so tnat contradicts what people say. Does it make it easier yea but theres more at play then just wins
