*Welcome New Posters from Canesport Thread*

Two so-called Canes sites that are definitely not pro-Canes are Canesport and ITU.

To answer your question from my point of view is I knew Yahoo bought out rivals cause I was a member when it happened long time ago... I was looking forward to the day that all that was published by Robinson would be thrown in his face for being partially if not the majority of the severity of his report to be untrue or unproven... Then this new story is posted again roughly about the same time the last one was before the season to again stir the pot even more with a slanted more vendetta style and a sense of attachment to it as if he has to have his reports to be true in public opinion that violations are rampant in the miami football program... What we know was proven with the suspension of current players from last years team with NCAA agreeing to the length of suspensions and such that he wasnt even hammered about any of his reporting for those instances... I thought the live chat over there based on yesterdays posts were supposed to be questions asked by UM ALUM attorneys that could take him behind the wood shed so to speak... Was a major disappointment in reading the already known questions and answers, the filtering out of questions even if he didnt answer them put them up and let it be known it was asked and he ignored it... Seemed like it was staged by yahoo with canesport and Robinson to have it set up in such a way that Robinson would still be promoting about his first and second articles as fact... No way as a fan or honorable person to run a site like that regardless if it was under Yahoo's umbrella to let him just walk away with out being hammered for 2 hrs about his reporting...

Not trying to be disrespectful but when the original story dropped, it was time to go (if you haven't already).

Ferman always was a lying piece of shiiit, so that isn't the issue.

We canes fans are weak, we let the enemy benefit after they spit in our face...whatever.

Although i don't post much. Just wanna say what's up to everyone. I hope I can call this new place home for me.

Don't just be a lurker, post more. It's what makes this site great. I was on Canesport and Canestime, both, for 10 years and there is nothing better than this site.

I don't understand how you can be a canes fan and support canesport ==> rivals.com ==> yahoo

That's how I felt and why I left in Aug but all that matters is they did leave . Hopefully this mass exodus puts a hurting on Cs and Ferman.

I hope this can be my new home as well. I was on CS for a decade and watched that site and forum's fall from grace. I stopped posting last year when Gary relentlessly tried to build up the yahoo story. I have been on the hunt for the right board. I hope this it.
I changed handles from adodds1914 to mydas77. Tired of having my government name out there. Glad to see some familiar names over here.
Calling rivals right now.

I was always a grassy guy - last year I joined CS just to try it out because MB decided to stop working. At any rate, I just called to cancel my premium membership at CS and they offered me, in succession, one, then two, then three months free - I cancelled anyway because I'm definitely the guy who forgets to call back and cancel after the 3 free months. They must be having somewhat of an exodus over there. Awful message boards over there anyway.

This is definitely my favorite Canes site right now. Up to date information, interviews, and intelligent replies. Also, the staff have done a great job of keeping trolls and negative comments off the board.
