I think playing SMU for the ACC championship would be a lot more fun than playing Clemson. I don’t fear either, just think it would make for better storylines.

If smu, Clemson and Miami all run the ACC table (which isn't going to happen most likely, that would be some parlay), could the ACC get 3 bids?

Say Clemson and Miami play in the acc cg, would a 11-1 top ten SMU get in over a 2 or 3 loss SEC school?

And everyone hyping up their defense but their numbers aren’t even that great. That’s WITH them playing a weak schedule and NCST’s backup playing.

Wake's lines aren't very good. Should be a significant advantage for us.

On the other hand, Clemson's defense is very good.

My point is I think SMU is better than Clemson offensively. I think we would match up better defensively against Clemsons offense.

Yeah on the flip side from what I’ve seen from SMUs cornerbacks Cam could go for 600 against them

It would definitely be a shootout IMO. SMU fast tempo and getting the ball out of the QB hands quick could be an issue.

For sure. Would be a fun game. There’s no reason for me to say anything about our defense that hasn’t been said about a billion times too many as it is, but I like our chances against both teams

Short answer, probably not. There is $uch a media love affair with the $EC and B1G, that I can’t see more than two ACC teams, if that. I’m fully prepared for some one loss $EC teams to leapfrog us in the polls.
