We all knew THEY were paying players long before these NIL deals started.

The one that always got me with NCAA stupidity at its finest was the two girls at Missouri I think that got in trouble for using the university water to wash their car…THAT is the height of NCAA idiocy when they 1000% know that schools are paying players tens of thousands of dollars to play football and basketball..

We cheated like a ************

Quote from Jimbo Fisher on Paul Finebaum show.

Texas A&M front man Jimbo Fisher says that these financial incentives have been part of the recruiting for game for years, but nobody talked about it.

“There were a lot of NIL deals going on before all this was going on,” Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher said during a spot on Paul Finebaum’s show. “They just weren’t legal. Nobody told nobody.”

Somebody finally said the quiet part out loud

Shiiid… Bear Bryant was paying recruits back in his aTm days. They would hire crop dusters (small farm planes) to drop cash filled envelopes stuffed inside of hay bales, covered with an aTm flag, at the recruits’ family’s farms. This was in the mid 50’s.

Who got paid: long list, clemson, Alabama, lots a teams from the sec. ALABAMEE cannot be on top LIKE this. It's called a MAFIA. FBI SHOULD INVESTIGATE all of those teams. SATAN IS EVIL, the most crook in college football.

Only now it’s in the open.
And…. the IRS has now been been brought into the picture and Feds are now here to stay.
Oh well. NCAA couldn’t regulate and SEC couldn’t play by the rules… now it’s legal - everyone is in the game now.

Good bye Alabama, Hello Texas, USC and ND. SEC is *ucked.

It’s so easy to pay players one example :

The player is at Publix the booster sends a runner to DROP a envelope on the floor behind the player saying :

Young man you dropped something behind you the player says OH THANK YOU sir and picks up the payment.

DONE , not rocket science

GOCANES

I laugh at all the people who think NIL agreements are some kind of new phenomenon. “OMG! Players are just going to go to the school that pays them the most!!!!” Yeah? So what else is new?

At least its out in the open now & everyone is able to benefit. It levels the playing field in that sense, sure not every institution is going to have NIL deals like the UT OL get, but nontheless the SEC teams were going to keep paying regardless to the NCAA’s blind eye. Give Reggie his Heisman back now

I saw video of Joe Bosa telling a reporter that the Chargers initial offer to him when he was a first round draft pick was less money than he was making at Ohio State. Ive looked for that video and cannot find it but did find this article noting it. (below) And you'll notice no one opened an NCAA investigation over these comments.

If a Miami player said that......Sports Illustrated cover for sure

NIL are just bags reaching the the surface (public eyes) for all of us to see. Nothing new. NCAA allowing SEC schools to abuse this crap is killing College Football.
