This same ****** team sacked our Heisman leading qb 5 times, took away his passing game, and had us chasing their freshman qb around like a Benny hill skit. Thank God that kid couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn throwing it. So good job moving the goal posts from we are gonna kill these guys to we covered the spread.

We had a postgame win expectancy of 99.1%. We killed them. And you can’t say thank god their QB sucks, no ******* ****. That’s why we thought we’d kill them. Because he sucks.

My only concern is did FSU stop Cam by scheme or personnel? Can Manny just copy FSU's scheme and shut Ward down next week? Like TVD and Georgia Tech? Another thing is I bet the over and lost my ***! But that is my personal loss not a fanbase concern.

We’ve witnessed first hand manny against the run game. This should be a heavy Martinez and Fletcher week.

-as a former way under-sized OL, appeared they were inviting the DL to get upfield while finesse blocking to maintain a semblance of a pocket. Qb's bailed quickly and often. Looked like sharks circling, but often couldn't kill the prey

Cam is in what, his 5th year of college ball? If he's still needing to "learn" to recognize defenses, he's not the player we and the NFL scouts think he is. I'm sure he's seen everything they were throwing at him on D last nite, many times.

The OL broke down, receivers were blanketed. He could easily have been sacked another 2-3 times.

As for Cam running more, do we really want that? Also think he's got an eye on not ******** up his NFL Draft status. Understandable.

hideous take lol. Considering how the run game was working, and how their corners matched up, id say Cam showed great maturity with a clean game.

If he wasnt a heisman front runner, we would all say that was a great all around game from our team.

Teams can go with the two high 5 in the box scheme but that’s why we have Martinez. Dude hit for 10 a carry and by the end of the game they wanted nothing to do with him. And that was only 15 touches for him and Fletcher each.

One disappointing thing that I thought we could have taken better advantage of was the TEs and backs out of the backfield on passes. The 22 yard pickup by Martinez was there a lot (we didn’t run it but the space was there). The underneath stuff to the TEs was also open all day. They weren’t just playing 2 high but they were dropping everyone except for those 4-5 in the box. I was waiting all night for one of our TEs to delay release for big chunk plays.

They were underutilized.. unfortunately we didn’t embarrass them like we wanted.

He has his d playing solidly they will be going for turnovers so gotta play clean again....i wouldnt mind a similar game to the fsu game offensively.

Everybody can’t do it. You got to have the corners that you can trust to man up on the outside. I dont see a team left on the schedule that has the corners to do it. And with the running game going now you are going to have to choose how you want to get dominated

I never said it will be effective. I just they'll look at that film and try to slow Ward that way

A lot of you all aren’t going to like what I say but I’ve been consistent in my critique early on. The root is Dawson. Ward is hiding a lot of Dawson’s ineffectiveness as a OC with his Heisman like play. Yesterday was a prime example and a missed opportunity for our TE’s to really be utilized. Forward thinking, some of us have already been talking about finding our next Cam in the portal for next year because Dawson has not developed a starting caliber QB here in the three years he’s been here. Recruiting “toolsy projects” vs legit prospects outside of Luke N. I’m enjoying the moment and the season but on the horizon that biggest issue is OC in my opinion.

The fact that a 1-7 fsu team shut down our passing game which is supposed to be elite is extremely concerning. I just don’t see how this team can beat any of the p4 playoff teams. If Cam goes bonkers maybe but our Superman appeared to have met his kryptonite with that fsu gameplan.

Let’s hope we make some adjustments because I thought that Dawson was mediocre last night calling the game
