neither does deion he stated this BEFORE he got the colorado job.

Dude was like " GO HOME TO YOUR FAMILY" he isnt running his staff into the crazy hours. Like what are you even doing for those type of hours?. lol

20 hours is hyperbole but i always questioned those that have staff "working" or say they are in the football program. ...and before yall comment i played college football.

i remember we use to be like you dont have a wife and kids a side chic ...something to get off campus to? why are you here coach lol

You played college football, but fail to understand that the programs that are winning, are 24 hour per day operations. It worked for Saban, who is a Belichick disciple. Kirby Smart runs his program the same way, it was known that Pete Carroll used to live in his office when he was at Southern Cal. The old quote about Joe Gibbs rings true today "We used to come into the facility, and you could tell that Coach Gibbs had never left, his car still had snow from the previous day on it. You can't be out here ******** around, when you know your coach is sleeping in the office". Now, is that the most mentally balanced way to approach life? Probably not, but it's effective for a ton of staffs, and I believe that Mario finds value in building that kind of culture.

There's nothing wrong with taking time off, but you want dedicated people that are looking for every possible advantage.

How anyone still believes a word that comes out of Sapp's mouth is baffling. Even more dubious when it's on a pod hosted by Puke.

Either way, I'm very excited Sapp's not on the staff and I prefer that he stay as far away from the program as possible.

Cache is cache we have a recruiter/figure head at hc just like deion except he has a yellow jacket and wayyyyy more cache than Mario, im just happy fsu goofed on not hiring dude.

We'll see how well it works now that Hunter and his son are NFL bound. I personally think the perfume has worn off. Time will tell.
