That's obviously not counting about 5 he has had erased by penalties in his career.

Solid as f@*&

Not to be salty, but he probably is over 30 in reality. I don't think I've ever seen a player have as many TD's called back as he has.

He just has a knack of the end zone.

I'd be more than happy with Walton & Homer as the duo for next year...

If Yearby & Gus both come back, then f*ck it, give all 4 of'em carries next year, let McFarland shirt & Burns return kicks.

But, I have no issue with Walton being our starter next year.

He's very much improved this year from last year. All coming behind a terrible OL

He'll be the 2nd team all conference RB this year and should be considered the best returning back in the conference. We'd be in good shape if he isn't our starter

I fall on and off the Mark Walton band wagon, seemingly week to week. lol

If there is one thing I can say for Walton, he seems to get better as the game progresses. That's historically a key sign of an elite back.

I've been most impressed with the power he's shown especially in the last few weeks. He looks better than Gus in short yardage situations. Also can break tackles, that something we haven't had for years now.

He's slightly above average. He's not elite nor is he a good back; he's got subpar vision and frequently misses open running lanes.

He's still our best back though imo

Does he have any fumbles this season? I don't think so, but I could be wrong.

Meanwhile, Dalvin lost 2 today (even though he ran for over 200) and 6 on the season. I'm telling you, he's a freak, but he fumbles waaaay to much. This may be an issue in the Pros for him.

I give him a little more credit than you do here but I agree. He showed nice feel today particularly on the cutback. Then he will run right into trouble the next carry.

Either way, he's good enough where as fans you just deal with it. He's made some huge plays for us this year.

I think he's good but not elite. He's done all this behind a makeshift OL I'll give him credit where it's due.

There's just not a ton of guys in that elite category but he's certainly in that next class below there

I think he has undoubtedly improved this year. I hope he can improve next year as well, and then the next year too. If that is the case, he will be really good by his senior year.
