I would love this idea if we had one more shutdown guy. But we can’t use them both like yesterday even with an off day tomorrow

There you go. Just surrendered the lead. Got to get someone else in the game. You have to have another guy ready to go in the bullpen. This has been the mismanagement all year. We warm up one guy at a time. You've got to have multiple guys ready to go.

Other teams will pitch 5 guys in 1 inning if necessary. We try to stretch guys out. I never liked that philosophy.
