My post was spot on, which is why I've gotten crickets since then. You just can't follow a thread to be able to get the context of the conversation.

brewer was awful leading up to that game though. wakes O staff can actually scheme things up esp against our horrific defense

i think we win out and make the second round of the playoffs. we likely get smoked by a bama/texas type of team tbh. weve played 1 good offensive team all year. weve gotten smoked by everyone on defense. itll be worse when you play guys you are less athletic than
 
the loss to GT hurt even worse. this is already a bad weekend as thanksgiving week with all the students gone by Friday. noon game. 35-45k tops

I don’t really look at things from week to week. College football that’s hopeless

I just look at specific matchups and I’ve been saying Clawson will give us problems for a while. He’s a good coach and right now we are making everyone look good anyway

Early look at Wake is that TOP is 92nd in the nation versus 44th in the nation for G Tech. They are also seemingly in the 100s in defensive rankings.

Feels like a great opportunity for a get-right game.

duke was the end of guidry for me. they were awful and we had maalik look like the greatest show on turf for a while

lol we said this about Duke and FSU and then Duke smoked our asses on defense.

offense will be fine. defense will be doomed. expect a high scoring nailbiter early on and we pull away late by a few scores bc we have an elite O

I get it, I do, but one of these teams is going to play to their mean performance against us. Their mean is bad.

Defensively they are 133rd in the nation defending the pass. Let's get up 14-0, kill their will with fast scoring drives.
 
Losing to tech made it so we have to win the ACC to get in. Before maybe we drop a close one to smu in the ship and maybe we sneak in as an at large. Now. We need to win to get in. It’s all or nothing
