University has received 0 notice of allegations. Forde is super charging his words because he hopes it’s true.

Huh? I don't even know what that means.

Earlier, it was "Forde is a known liar". Now he is just "super charging his words".

Is Tennessee under investigation for NCAA violations? The answer appears to be "yes".

Does anyone yet know what these violations are? The answer appears to be "no", as Tennessee has not yet been formally charged.

Not sure what you are arguing here.

The new approach by the NCAA seems to be going for a "negotiated settlement", where the charges and outcome are announced at the same time, at least publicly.

Keep in mind, both Florida and Florida State are state-schools and subject to public records requests, yet almost nobody caught wind of these two investigations until they were complete.

We are in the era where you can now OPENLY PAY PLAYERS & you still have to commit recruiting violations? Fold the program at that point

This is all so stupid at this point. Everyone is using NIL to get kids to go to the school and everyone knows it. All of the top schools (and many others) have embraced NIL even if they had to do so reluctantly.

Whether you are for it or against it, the law clearly allows to players to get money from boosters which means there is really no way to stop it, but the NCAA is going after schools on technicalities? 'It's cool if this booster gives you $50 gabillion dollars, but if a coach happened to tell you that you should talk to that booster - who almost certainly would find you anyway -then it's a major issue' What are we even doing here.

Thats a fair nugget. I'll be in the "I'll believe it when I see it" camp of Alabama losing their NCAA air coverage. But that would please me very much.
I wouldn’t think they’d do anything for a few years though. Why give Saban free rein just to tarnish his legacy as soon as he’s done? They’ll give it a couple years before doing anything (if at all) IMO.
