I mean it’s major now but I didn’t expect any sanctions to come from it. Judge in case already said expect TN victory as NCAA enforcement breaks Anti trust laws
Collectives can communicate directly with student athletes and negotiate in the states of TN and VA, and NCAA can not interfere. List of states will grow as they join the suit.So basically pay for play is legal now (for now with injunction)?
(I only read the title and haven't looked into this at all)
Is it possible that the NCAA can win this suit and than punish team retroactively ?Collectives can communicate directly with student athletes and negotiate in the states of TN and VA, and NCAA can not interfere. List of states will grow as they join the suit.
That’s what they were already trying to do. Violated anti trust lawsIs it possible that the NCAA can win this suit and than punish team retroactively ?
Read someone say it’s all states same policyCollectives can communicate directly with student athletes and negotiate in the states of TN and VA, and NCAA can not interfere. List of states will grow as they join the suit.
VA was included as both governor’s got together on the issue. That’s what they were already trying to do. Violated anti trust laws
