In theory, I don’t hate going to Gates here. I think we need a 3rd to piece together the end to games. Would look more like starter 5, Gates 6, Wagner/Palmquist to end it.

Although I am with you about it may not being the time to try anything new today.

Again, your best arms have to be ready. You can’t just put them in when a guy walks the bases-loaded. So do you have your best arms ready all the time? Their arms will fall off at that rate.

How many arms havent even been used at all this year? Its an important acc series. Im saying there are other guys in the pen and there aren't nearly as many games this year
