USF Post Game Plus/Minus

Another minus... Gus the bus not being able to punch it in on the goalline, and Goudis missing a 20 yard field goal.

We got some things to iron out but I'm encouraged the offense played as well as it did. This team is going to be very good as the season goes on, that's awesome. We look like a legit top 10 team right now.

Gus did punch it in on 1st down and they didnt review it. Also when he is a soph u will see his strength increase alot. Hes a frosh

Did not like the OL play second half
Doesn't matter if second or third and what the play call is
Dominate

Hate to see a let down in second half
We beat them like a drum in first half
Would like to keep that rhythm in the second half

Duke needs to stop trying to make Ll plays BIG PLAYS
We also need to figure out our goal line O
It has stunk for two years maybe more

Sans first USF drive and last, the D did its job with all players
The kid Bench did a **** of a job standing in, and finishing the game

What??? Other than an LSU fan, who else would spell their screen name like yours? Btw our 2nd & 3rd stringers have almost zero experience & were going up against their 1's so spare me. We could've (& should've) hung 70 on them lil *******!

I don't think Gus problem is strength. He drags tacklers when they're holding onto him. That's not something he would be able to do if strength was an issue. He also doesn't go down easily. His issue is his MENTALITY in my opinion. He doesn't run the ball aggressively when he has to. The reason he didn't punch it in on the goal-line is because he wasn't aggressive and didn't lower his pad level. He kinda runs like a finesse guy, but has the strength to go along with it. Sometimes it looks like tacklers are melting off of him. However, when you have to go face-to-face with somebody on the goal-line it's a totally different story. You gotta be mean, lower your pad level and run his *** over.

Coaches will get him right I'm sure.
