remember MEP said something like :"If I'd done something wrong why haven't I heard from the bankruptcy judge?".......Oh.


MEP is F***Ked, the NCAA at one point publically raised some sort of attorney client claim when questioned on its dealings with her, MEP said she didn't represent them, then sends them a $57k bill....and it was leaked that the NCAA gave MEP the list of questions to be asked at deposition. Oh boy! If she was representing the NCAA what was she doing at the deposition as an attorney for a non party, to collect information for a non party, all for which she's sumitted a bill to the NCAA! If she wasn't representing the NCAA why is she billing them?

here's a fun and telling question: What did MEP ever do in the bankruptcy petition that was in service to shapiro's interests in that proceeding that did not directly concern the NCAA?
 
That's good but I'm more interested in the bankruptcy court dragging the NCAA in by its ear. MEP is a small pawn at this point. I want the big fish in hot water.

Pig ***** Perez will not go down with the ship. She's going to try to take anyone she can with her, and that will include her client (the ncaa). Ultimately, though, it's up to her to decide to perpetrate fraud on the bankruptcy court. A client can ax you to do dirty, but you are the one, as an attorney, who ultimately decides whether or not to use the court for nefarious purposes; a client can't force to engage in misconduct. She could have easily told the ncaa that she couldn't do what they wanted her to do because it would be contrary to law and ethics.

i did not find any case against her in bankruptcy, not sure that is possible unless she is filing for bankruptcy or there is an ancillary proceeding or there is a show cause or similar order by the court for her alleged misdoings.

judge isicoff, a UM grad, is presiding over the shapiro case. hum, she might get medieval on some people . . . .
 
The DA is pressing charges of some kind, or the Southern District of Florida is looking into professional conduct issues?

the order is not in the bankruptcy case. it is an administrative order against Perez following her incompetence in another case for which she was placed under another attorney's supervision to make sure she did not ***** up again. the judge has asked to investigate whether she violated ethical rules by taking the depos.

even though the judge ( chief judge moreno - great guy) is a notre dame grad he is also a UM law grad.

she's toast
 
So for the people that hate all things legal, what does that mean? Is she getting prison ****ed or just a slap on the wrist?
 
That slob will throw anybody and everybody under the bus that she possibly can. I hope she keeps harping about what they still owe her too
