Yes but don't forget McCoy. He is ahead of Samson at the moment. If Samson heals up well and continues to develop, would you potentially bump Rivers to LG?

Or he has a good NIL deal and he is making more money staying in college than going pro.How high could Lee’s stk realistically grow from here? Already fighting an uphill battle being a C to go early. Maybe he could sneak into day two territory, but I would get taking your chances and leaving now in case of an injury.
Bell is going to need time. I know most think because he is a juco guy he is plug and play but he isntWould the ideal OL look like…
LT - Bell/Samson
LG - Rivers
C - Lee
RG - Cooper
RT - Francis
Samson/McCoy might be impatient but that’s a pretty **** good starting 5 there with two quality backups
Kinsler is a freshmen why would he leave? If Rivers and Lee return and Okunlola steps up…oh boy.
Unfortunately I don’t see how we don’t lose a couple depth pieces like a McCoy or Kinsler by spring if that is the case. But oh well. This would be excellent for us
After Rodriguez's struggles with snapping against BC and having to take multiple timeouts just to get Lee back on the field, I'd imagine Mario doesn't trust him much at this point.
Any shot we can convince Cohen to stick around after earning honorable mention All-ACC?
Are you trying to say no freshman/sophomore leave? I didn’t say they would enter the portal immediately. But what if we get through spring and Bell and McCoy are above him?Kinsler is a freshmen why would he leave?
Zion is a myth, a legend, 5th cousin to Peter the Rabbit. I don't think he ever emerges again in a Miami uniform. Hope i'm wrong
Ok he still is only going to be a freshmen so why leave. He will likely be in the 2 deepAre you trying to say no freshman/sophomore leave? I didn’t say they would enter the portal immediately. But what if we get through spring and Bell and McCoy are above him?
plus If Okunlola and Mauigoa are the starting OTs they’ll have that spot secured at least 2 years.
True. I forgot about that element. Getting paid and guaranteed roster spot would be more enticing than the risk of UDFA and all that comes with that.Or he has a good NIL deal and he is making more money staying in college than going pro.
Because kids make dumbass decisions in order to get early PT or more money all the time.Ok he still is only going to be a freshmen so why leave. He will likely be in the 2 deep

You aren’t kidding! I was almost thinking Jim Otto but I think our last really good center was like in 1991? Think he got drafted in middle rounds.
Getting 4 of 5 starting OL back from this year's unit would be huge. With McCoy, Okunlola and Bell rotating in. Very nice group returning if this happens!Jalen Rivers - going through his decision making process now but solid chance he’s back for another. Has an opportunity to get his Masters degree. Scouts think he’s playing out of position as a tackle — will play guard at the next level. 6th-7th round grade right now, could help himself coming back and working on his “stiffness” as was put to me
Matt Lee - Late/PFA grade right now and Miami pushing hard to get him back. Trusts Mario/Mirabal obviously. Getting him back would be absolutely massive
Didn't Derrick Griffin add weight so he could compete for that LT spot?Him , Elvis , or Sasquatch will start at LT. That’s a legit three deep if you ask me.
It's a different game now than it was even 5 years ago. Those solid starters yet borderline NFL guys have a lot more reason to stick around if you can get them a good NIL deal.True.
