I am stunned we are two weeks after firing Blake James and they are still conducting interviews...is this serious???? YIKES!!

The only way I would rightfully be somewhat okay with the time its taking for us to hire an AD is if they are going into the interview basically telling the AD who they are going to hire so we can get this over with as soon as possible. (Mario or Lane.).

If they are going to drag the coaching search out 2 weeks with multiple interviews and hiring search firms and what not this is the most unorganized and pathetic group of so called professionals I have seen in my time.
