Don’t be shocked. We’ll see Tuesday. Ratings would be very good for that scenario, can’t forget that.

14th AP is the journo's warning that they're gonna pillory the playoff commitee in print for 6 months if they put us in. So I hope it happens
 
So am I correct in assuming if either bama or south carolina is ahead of us in the upcoming CFP rankings its over because nothing could happen in the upcoming week that could presumably move us ahead of them as a potential at large team?
 
The playoffs are turning into a popularity and ratings contest.
A 3 loss bama team getting in tells you all you need to know about how this works. If UGa would’ve lost to gt they would’ve gotten in as well.

The hate or whatever you want to call it can’t be more obvious than it is now.
Bama lost to vandy!!!!
We lost to good gt team and a great qb.

Just like you can’t forget about fspoos undefeated record, you can’t just overlook 10 wins just because the defense sucks.
Why can they overlook us because of our defense but not overlook bamas offense?

The only way we get in is a game against ND. They will hype it up and the media will charge their marketing machine. A hole lot of eyeballs will be hate watching that game.

Agree, the committee is not giing to keep the nations most powerful offense at home. We were 9 points from being undefeated and the losses were against two pretty good teams on the road.

Miami has the advantage of being able to pull eyeballs, as does bama, but we also have one of the most dynamic players in the country in Cam.
Based on those factors and records, Miami has to get the nod.
