Uncle Luke told to leave the building

Luke is a big reason why kids go to UM. If he had a choice every kid from Dade, Broward and the palm beach area would attend UM. Luke is a fan and is not saying anything different from what you guys on this board say about UM.

Whatever you say Luke.

Last time I heard, Luke was still butt hurt. He should know the rules by now. Either way, we don't need his s***. BTW, what the heck was he doing on campus?

Good post he is not lieing tho luke is important

If he loves UM so much he should stay away from recruiting weekend knowing that him contacting recruits isn't permissible. Given probationary status he should understand that a tweeted pic from a recruit with him throwing up a U does no one any good except for the NCAA who would love to pound their point home. Luke might be important but he is even more shortsighted.

Not only should he say away from recruitng weekend...

But if he really cared about UM and about the kids, and really wanted all the kids he "mentors" to go to UM, then he'd get on their asses and make sure they got the job done in the classroom. Instead, he wants to treat UM like his own minor league team, and he gets butthurt when one of his project kids can't get into UM.

another case of grown *** men making it about themselves. No need for this clown to be at UM on a recruiting weekend. NONE.

Luke is a cane and speaks his mind even if it hurts other fans, gotta like a dude that keeps it real n is proven with the results in recruiting and on the field. He says something 8s wrong with miami n every1 says hes racist or not a fan, but when loserville beats our *** it shows hes right n just sayin it how it is. He wants the old U back like most of us not that **** they put out now.

For those not thinking it's a big deal....

From the Herald

### UM said it might need to self-report a secondary NCAA violation committed when the mother of quarterback/UM oral commitment Brad Kaaya on Friday asked former rapper Luther Campbell to take pictures with them during Kaaya’s campus visit. But it wouldn’t jeopardize Kaaya’s eligibility if he ends up enrolling at UM.

It’s a violation because only school staff members and faculty are allowed to have contact with a recruit during an official visit.

A staffer witnessed the exchange and told UM associate athletic director Craig Anderson, who asked Campbell to leave. But UM said contrary to Campbell’s tweet, he wasn’t permanently banned from campus.

Campbell, who took the pictures, said on WINZ-940 that Kaaya told him he will visit UCLA and that he was “thinking about coming to Miami."

Campbell told Kaaya that offensive coordinator James Coley “is a great guy” and also mentioned Michael Irvin to Kaaya, hoping that would help Miami’s chances of landing him.

“I had a great conversation with the people there [at Miami],” Campbell tweeted tonight. “Time to move on.”

He also said “everything is cool with me [and] Miami.”

Campbell, who has criticized Al Golden in the past, has an unresolved defamation suit against Nevin Shapiro. Campbell previously was an assistant coach at Miami Northwestern High.
