well the guy is pumping 95 on the gun...probably to rise the pitch count to get to that pen

So we're taking called third strikes and getting in 1-2 counts just to get his pitch count up? What if we swung at those pitches and tried to score?

I like the strategy. Take two fastballs for strikes, then take a 3rd. But we made him throw 4 pitches!!!
