I'm sure you think your being clever. That was against the #2 offense in the nation which averages 52pts and 620 yds a game. I know you are thinking that is very similar to what our D did against lets say VT. They averaged 350 yds a game and 22 pts. We gave up 549 yds and 42 pts. Yeah, that's the same.

Ah, so how UCF is coached relates to what we did against VT? Interesting. I looked and we had two common opponents. Louisville we gave up 554 and they gave up 445. USF they gave up 296 and we gave up 288. They had one other name opponent, Penn St, who they gave up 455 against. My point being, don't just pretend that they are a dominant defensive team. They also gave up a ton of yards this year. Is it a simplistic argument? Sure. Most of the arguments here are.

A good to great QB makes all the difference in CFB.
