The biggest issue that points to our lack of toughness, is all based on the executive decision to hide from the sun; by practicing in the cool of the day.

You can put as much water breaks as needed in your practices, but you give up your edge by not battling in the heat.

Perryman defines exactly what is wrong with our program. Kid looks completely stiff now at that size. AQM looks stiff as well.

This is what happens when your S and C program has been incapable of developing a modern, multifaceted program. With Randy, we were very fast stick figures. Now, we are like some 80's big 8 team.

Bench press of the OL/DL and skill guys 40 times tell us basically nothing about the football related athletic development that our team lacks.

Also, gat **** is Coley smooth. There's no other word to describe him other than smooth.

Everything he does looks so effortless.

There's nothing wrong with what we're doing in that video. It's almost identical to the Moffitt UM video that was posted.

Most teams do the same ****. Alabama and LSU aren't doing some ground-breaking stuff that makes their team THAT much better than ours. Tyrone Cornelius would be Tyrone Cornelius whether he was at Bama or at Miami.

Talent trumps all this hoopla about S&C. Funny how Shannon doesn't get credit for being a good DC cause he worked with a bunch of future NFL athletes but the same rule isn't applied to Tommy Moffitt or Cochran at Alabama. You see the kids they sign? WTF kind of strength coach did Trent Richardson need? LOL

Yall think a better S&C coach could've made Highsmith or Porter a better player? LOL

For 4 years we had the best high school S&C coach in South Florida. We out-work any team down here but it doesn't seem to matter when we play Miramar and their 35 future D-1 athletes.

Ryan Williams is in the back of one of the clips rocking a black jersey too. Maybe its a "leaders" jersey now?

I may be wrong but best I can tell 32 is Carter. A lot of them aren't wearing their roster jersey numbers.

On that Bama note - they run their athletes into the ground.

How many Bama players have entered the league as physical wrecks? Mosley and that OT are both ****ed. The NT from last year was running around on one knee.

I thought it was different for Offense and Defense but I may be off base.

You do realize that these kids have something called classes that sometimes prevent that
