Duke the master of the Stiff arm I am hoping he teach this to the other backs also as part of Utough and 7on7 drills.

its pretty obvious why i did. because the video was posted to show what our off-season program used to be like when our guys didn't get manhandled.

Ok, so who is #32? and how about Perryman? dude is a fuggin monster! I also cant believe Hope, man he looks ready. I hope so we could use a guy like him to step up. No Kirby? Oh and who is #58 in black already. I think I might be right in my prediction of DP to MLB, with Figatron and owens/grace at wlb......Kirb backing up DP and thurston backing up Figs

LOL @ anybody who thinks U-Tough is an issue.

Like Duke and Louisville are doing tougher workouts.

There's nothing wrong with what we're doing in that video. It's almost identical to the Moffitt UM video that was posted.

Most teams do the same ****. Alabama and LSU aren't doing some ground-breaking stuff that makes their team THAT much better than ours. Tyrone Cornelius would be Tyrone Cornelius whether he was at Bama or at Miami.

Talent trumps all this hoopla about S&C. Funny how Shannon doesn't get credit for being a good DC cause he worked with a bunch of future NFL athletes but the same rule isn't applied to Tommy Moffitt or Cochran at Alabama. You see the kids they sign? WTF kind of strength coach did Trent Richardson need? LOL

Yall think a better S&C coach could've made Highsmith or Porter a better player? LOL

For 4 years we had the best high school S&C coach in South Florida. We out-work any team down here but it doesn't seem to matter when we play Miramar and their 35 future D-1 athletes.

Future HOF players love Swasey and what he does. That is tough for me to square with wanting to run him out of town

I haven't seen a reminder yet so it bears mentioning for the idiots who forget every year, jerseys at this stage are based on gains during offseason lifting, ie where were you when you started and where are you now. It has no bearing on ability or even who is the best in the weight room. that being said, nice to see hope doing well.
 
Lol.....Pete ruined these videos for me. I used to get excited to watch them. I see the kids with the tires and start to crack a smile and then a little voice goes off in my head saying PR fraud.
