Well I'll put it like this, I asked him if he knew where he wanted to go. The answer I got was different than the second-hand info I heard through his sister that I posted on here before. I believe his thinking has changed more than his sister misinforming me. Basically he says he wants to stay home but he owes it to himself to seriously weigh his options. He knows that for him personally, there is no bad situation football wise. He's confident that he can make an immediate impact anywhere. It's a three horse race between Us, UGA & Bama and since I heard him say he wants to stay home, I would say that we hold the lead but the competition is pulling out all the stops. I spoke with his dad for a while, and he reiterated that this is Tyson's choice alone and he'd support him wherever he goes. But he made it clear that Tyson is gonna do his due diligence to be sure he won't regret his decision in retrospect. I believe that Richt & staff will deliver the pitch necessary to keep him here...

Priceless insight, my friend. Much appreciated. This is why this site is second to none, even if there are "valid" reasons that may lend itself to suggest otherwise.

If you were tutoring him he'd be considering ghey **** production companies and not major P5 schools, but I digress...

I've reported your post to the CIS mods. Hopefully you will be issued an infraction for such hateful rhetoric.

What ever will I do now??? Now that you've reported me, life itself has been rendered utterly meaningless. All that's left is to drive to the apex of the Tuttle Causeway, park on the shoulder, get out & jump head-first into the bay...

If I was tutoring Campbell guy would've been committed and signed to miami months ago. Rattler doing us dirty.

You forgot one important rule... Where a basis for giving someone an infraction arguably exists, an infraction shall not be given if the person/troll who reports the infraction makes one or more annoying posts on the board calling for an infraction to be issued. Such posts are obnoxious, display a total lack of self-awareness, and demonstrate a profound lack of character. They should never be rewarded.

Thanks Rattler. Regardless of turnout, We are lucky to have you share your insight. Most of us never have and it never will be in the position to have family recruited like this, if at all. A very cool time for your family, and again, thanks for sharing what you can.

God bless Tyson man. I believe the reason why I want him so bad in this class is b/c of his class. It would be a kick in the nuts if he went elsewhere, but he's not the kind of kid I would root against b/c of how he's handled everything. He's been very true to himself. Now Jobe on the other hand.....never mind, this thread is about TC. I don't say this about many or any recruits, but from the bottom of my heart, I wish this kid nothing but the best........buuuuuuuuuuut, hopefully that best will be in Orange and Green. lol.

Hmm, thats not good IMO. I've followed recruiting long enough to know when things 'suddenly' happen especially down the stretch in recruiting it because someone else as REALLY gotten the attention of a recruit we thought we had a lead for.

When things go from: Seemingly a Lock/big lead to "umm, let me think about my decision again" as signing day approaches it usually doesn't end well for us. Not saying he's not coming here but I've seen this pattern to many times not to know the signs of it.

Also, losing Campbell would be a devastation. It would basically mean no Surtain and it MIGHT affect Nesta decision, MIGHT.

This^^^^^ is the most reassuring part of RattlerCane's post. It is hard to regret staying home, with your family, play for your home crowd and being mentored by someone like Mark Richt. Georgia players still love Richt and come to him for advice.

Thanks. Didn't ask about those 2. But he did confirm that the 4 of them would be visiting together on 01/26...
