Yea, I mean now we’re going to complain he’s not recruiting Georgia hard enough. How about we lock down the Florida studs that are closer and easier to get to before we worry about them. Do that and we can cherry pick other states depending on needs.

He threw all his resources at Jobe after he knew Hall doesnt play those bag games, he saw an elite db knew he could play the game with and sealed it.

Tough to compare Jobe and Hall there completely different players.

Not really when the intent was to play both at safety. And imo, Hall — who is almost three years younger iirc — looks like a better prospect than Jobe as a safety. And if you want to get a sense for what type of athlete Hall is, just watch him return kicks.

Exactly. Hall is a guy with tremendous athleticism who transferred that to the football field consistently. Jobe is similar athletically but has never been anywhere near the player Gurv has been.

I wouldn't put too much faith in Saban and helicopters. He used to fly through Sebastian to visit a recruit here and then come Signing Day made him wait till the following year to sign cause he was over on numbers.

Guys, who gives a crap. Crappy coaches are getting high paying jobs because of any rumor that they can recruit So Fl. Plenty of talent in GA, TX, CA and OH too, but everyone wants to wet their beak down here. The more Mark can lock up So FL, the more the battlefield will move north and west. Let Bama, UGA, FSU and UF fight over GA, LA and the rest of the South. We just need to keep cutting down on the number of studs taken from here and the rest will be spread thin while we get stronger. UGA is nurting Bama and OSU and others, not us. They are more a Clemson problem than ours. We just need to keep stacking the classes and in three years nobody will have more talent than us -- Bama has too any others chipping away at them to stand up to a resurgent Miami.
