Two best receivers in the nation in one county

A lot of recruits waiting to see what we put on the field. So ill beat the dead horse, Win and they will come!

Said the same thing; defend the turf and recruits will come. Talk to most of these kids and they grew up Canes fans, parents are Canes fans; but choosing schools is now a business decision. If all u hear about is Bama, OSU, FSU, and Clemson putting out the most top 32 players, then yeah, you're going to go there. Once we win, and I'll put it out there, win this year, trust that Big Named So Fla kids will be choosing us. We'll probably have a top 5 class this year, with several 5 stars in it.

I'm sorry but I don't understand the hype with Juedy. He preforms well in one on one's but on tape nothing jumps off the screen. His tape reminds me of Malcom Lewis when he came out of high school. This guy might be a "must get" cause he's a local guy, not cause he's the best in the nation. There's guys #10 through #30 that do the same thing he does and better. If alabama gets him then we find someone better.

No offense but I'm not sure what film you're watching. When Malcom Lewis came out I thought he was a solid to very good prospect. That of course was before that gruesome injury took away his speed and explosiveness. Jeudy however is head and shoulders above Lewis and a legitimately elite WR prospect.

Like someone mentioned above Jeudy's route tree bigger than Lewis's meaning that Jeudy has shown the ability to be effective at many more routes than Lewis. Jeudy is much more polished at this stage and has the look of an elite route runner. Jeudy is more explosive coming out of his breaks and is much more fluid and natural in the open field with the ball in his hands. Juedy also possesses elite awareness, great change of direction skills and field vision. Jeudy is a difference maker.

Winning is only a part of it. Sometimes when you win, guys don't necessarily come. You have to be monster recruiters AND win. That's the combo.

We've had winning before in the 2001-02 era and right around that time, our recruiting starting taking a precipitous decline and I recall our "insiders" claiming that kids didn't want to come here because we were juggernauts. lol

I agree with you, completely...but I think it's a foregone conclusion that we have the right staff that's going to recruit hard.

About JJ

"So just to update you...I worked on his NCAA Clearinghouse crap today. He is being wooed heavily by UM, Clemson, FSU, Oregon and few others. Poor kid is so confused. He doesn't want to be far from his family so I wont be surprised if he ends up at UM."

Give me Peoples-Jones, Higgins and DJ Matthews over Juedy or Grimes every day. Grimes and Juedy, are good, no question, but I like those 3 better.
