Fegans is going to visit USC. I don't know if it makes sense for him to transfer to USC other than NIL.

USC's CB room is apparently deep. It would be tough for him to crack the the 2-deep on their depth chart during Fall camp.

I think he's a better fit at UM. We have a need. We don't have depth in the secondary. He could likely come in and make the 2-deep and have a better opportunity to compete for a starting job.
