The only way we lose, is if we start our slow CB's & if we try to play bully ball & go with a run heavy attack. I know that’s blasphemous to say, but the best way to win this game will be to spread'em out & strike quick through the air, similar to the TAMU game. If we're stupid enough to get in a mud-fight with them, well we deserve what comes with that.
Aim to score 400.Throw on early downs. Put your foot on their neck. Dont take it off. Aim to score 40.
Simple as that.
We could really embarrass them if we let Cam slang that thang (pause) and get up on UF and force them out of their comfort zone which is running the pill, winning 1st down and staying out of 3rd and long. If we try to beat them up and ground and pound them and “stay in the game late” and all that bull****, we will lose.
I feel FLA has to try to get to the QB to win the game. The Canes have the luxyry of being able to win the game via the Run or the Pass. FLA has some size but they don't have elite pass rushers all over the DL. Their OL is huge but they will be tested all game with the Canes able to rotate. This game is played in the "Swamp" in August. It is going to be hot. If the Canes can make this a track meet it starts to come down to depth. I don't think that FLA is a team built to be in a shoot-out or play well from behind. If we get up 14 points early you might see players start to quit. Physically it is going to be an emotional and very hot game. Depth will matter, FLA has highly ranked CBs that were giving up a lot of yards last year. If Miami can get up early and lean on the run game to pound the Gators. On defense, the Canes need to get to the QB to protect our secondary and get their QB off schedule.
Lol he changed it and it was still incorrect.Perhaps if he keeps posting, he will eventually and randomly stumble across the correct spelling?
Nah, we score on every possession and limit them to 6 FG's. 63-18.For us to win the score needs to look something like 57-30.
For them to win the score needs to be something like 19-16.
Don't play into their game.
There is a huge disparity in talent, production, and experience on both sides of the ball. Especially on offense. We could absolutely boat race them, but we need to throw the kitchen sink. With the QB we have and they way Mario has been talking about our offense (the indication seems to be that Dawson's running the show there), we could really open it up on them. We need to, definitely need a game plan like we had against A&M this year, except without the stupid mistakes.Nah, we score on every possession and limit them to 6 FG's. 63-18.
Since UM is the visitor's...it'll be ACC refs. So, yes, we'll get ****ed by the zebras (pause). Was watching the 2002 cut up actually last night alot of egregious calls on Miami that game. Goes without saying, expect to be absolutely hosed by the refs on critical plays. Don’t let that snowball into terrible play.
Sure they will throw flags on the gators some like on kickoffs where it doesn’t matter to offset the disparity of penalties.
What's with the Hassan shaming? I think you guys are racist.
Just like Utah did, hit em with a haymaker out of the gate and they won't recoverFirst play on offense needs to be a Ward bomb to Horton or Brown, set the tone.
& on defense Bain throws his blocker to the ground on the way to blasting Mertz into next week
