Travis Johnson decommits

This kid can play and is an interesting skill set. Hope we get him back.

Agreed.

I liked his hands, but this kid honestly does not look like a TE

that is a soft *** build with tiny stick arms. I would prefer him over Kerr because of his hands, but honestly I dont think its a huge loss for us. With Sandland (hopefully - dont f-us Ferman) coming in, there definitely was no need for 4 TE's to come in this class. I always thought we were dropping someone, I just thought it would be Kerr

His versatility is what I liked the best. We should all be used to this stuff by now.

LOL quite a swing today from this morning thinking Vincent Jackson commited to Travis Johnson decommiting

He does nothing that Sandland can't do. Just because Sandland has prototypical TE size doesn't mean they won't move him around like the Cowboys do with Witten and even we did with Shockey and Olsen.

Just tired of seeing Walford drop the ball 15 times a season.

If Sandland doesn't come then yes we have an issue, but until that doesn't happen, I'm not concerned. The coaches can't think this way, but as a fan, I'm afforded that line of reasoning.

If we get Sandland, Johnson can go anywhere, I don't care. Yes, Johnson has great hands, but he was a tweener of WR TE. GO CANES!

No one here knows what happened, so everyone stop it.

He could have decided he has second thoughts.

He could have been pushed out.

He could really want to be a Cane but be having a grades issues.

It could be a family issue.

There are a million things. Now I see that Vincent Jackson, Tampa LB on twitter is getting into it with our fans who are attacking Johnson. People need to stop. Guess what? You're not a Cane. You're not part of the team. You're either a fan, or at best an alum. You're not part of the program. So stay out of the way, and most of all, do no harm.

He might have been looking before we started looking. Thats probably why we have been recruiting TEs so aggressively. Staff might have had some insight.

Exactly. I have no reason to panic with this staff. I really really like TJ though but if I had to choose I would take Sandland.

Agreed, we need a tight end not a British Detective who plays Volleyball in the off-season.
