You guys ready for the paranoid post?..... here it comes..... LSU is done recruiting DE's as they have already 5 committed for this class..... or you could go down the.... FSU loves there OLB to pass rush more than they drop into coverage..... Wonder which of the two is the first one someone picks up and runs with.

Lmao true, I feel bad for Gaines though seems like a hard worker. As i'm sure the other 2 are they're just not UM level talent.
 
Coach G can tell him he can play Corner or QB all i care just get his *** on campus to sign the dotted line and put him right on the trenches with chick and the rest of the gang....

Unless he's going to develop like Bond which i think is possible

Couldnt have said it any better myself, I never plus rep but gawd I cant wait til we have the depth filled with miami level talent.

I remember reading That after AQM committed, he was asked what it meant for Tim's recruiting. He said it means nothing. Coach golden said AQM was a pure DE and Tim said he was told he would play a hybrid.

Gaines was solid this year and i think he will start in the Middle this year. When Gaines came back from injury the defense played alot better against the run even though it still was poor for Miami standards. Gaines will start in the Middle this season and will do a good job. The kid actually has change my tune on him i seen him play in high school a few times i couldn't believe Miami offered him a schollie, but he is a hard worker and a solid LB...
 
Sorry, we have been diluted over the last few seasons. I cannot get on board with Gaines being solid or anything close to Miami quality.
 
i saw some flashes this year.... if Gaines keeps working hard.. who knows? i for one am willing to give him another season
