Some of you guys are too funny. A few weeks ago, you were chest thumping telling the NCAA to kiss your ****, we skate, we got this, etc. Today, many of you are curled up in the corner waiting for the hammer to fall and happy just to get this thing over with.

Another bowl ban. We fight.

Fifteen+ scholarship reductions. We fight.

LOIC. We fight.

No public apology for the NCAA tactics. We fight.

No public acknowledgment on Miami's unprecedented level of cooperation. We fight.

i really dont think there is a chance of another bowl ban. that is absurd

the question is what are the scholly reductions gonna be...I think the NCAA will go for the max without us making a huge stink.

i think that number is right around 10 total schollys lost.

people talking PSU levels (they lost 30 total - which is crippling and effectively a death penalty for at least a decade) are insane IMO.

Getting the title "LOIC" doesn't matter at all. There are no set penalties that are attached to "LOIC" or "Failure to Monitor". The only thing that matters is the punishment. We could technically get the "LOIC" tag and receive no further punishment. Al the rest of that I totally agree on.

Said it before....all LOIC does is let them go back more than 4 years. They had to include it to get the Wilfork allegations in there. You realize without those allegations the total amount of $$ involved would have been trivial....they couldn't show up with nothing after a 2 year investigation. Hence, let's reach for LOIC and be able to include the Wilfork stuff.

What did you think? You think the NCAA was going to be satisfied with self imposed bans? LOL! They are going to hammer us. Bowl ban this year, and probably next (which will end the program, no class of 2014) and five lost schollies a year for four years, AT BEST!

And tough Shalala, who has it all figured out, is going to say "Thank you NCAA. May we have some more?"

I believe they give the info to UM...then in 24hrs they release it. Its up to Miami to release earlier if they want mu guess is Miami will not
 
Since Miami is a private school, can they have any say if the NCAA can release a statement saying they have levied the penalty? It could have happend and all we are waiting on is the University to get it all straight and then announce what has been levied and then what their response is to whatever has been given to us.

I think whatever it is, it's gonna be more scholarships then what we think is fair. JMO

Miami will have the info, but being private does not have to say a word....the NCAA will release after a certain time..

If Donna does not share the news in a timely manner and its good....well lets just wait and see..
