Only way I get it is places in California and have it shipped. I’m in South Carolina and we have Jack **** here and if you can find something it will be 2x the price. California not shockingly absolutely does not appreciate great bourbon. I have a friend that ships me stuff but also there’s a few liquor stores out there if you follow them on social media you can find it sometimes and not for a horrific price

I just used the raretequilas site there to have a heaven hill grain to glass shipped. Was half as much as I’ve seen it on shelves here. ABC in Florida controls Weller, and they get barely any. I only have the green label, but am trying to get antique

Last week we added another body to the pile with our eventual beatdown of the Duke Bluedevilths. It was an annoying game for a while until we decided to stop ******* around.

This year has been all about exorcising demons. The trauma. The PTSD. The constant “trap game” talk. The fear. The weekly “we better not look past this game…” posts and threads.

The big question going into this game has been whether Haynes King is gonna play. Lots of debates and threads and emotions

I’m here to tell you it doesn’t matter

If it’s Haynes King or Billie Jean King at their QB, they’re getting 30+ on this defense

Cam: Not since Wayne Williams has the city of Atlanta been in more fear for their kids. In particular the parents of defenders playing for GT. They can try and make themselves feel better (like when they call them Palmetto Bugs instead of ****roaches) but if they thought they were used to gun violence now, wait till they experience the rifle arm of Cam Ward

X: The Sundance to Cam Cassidy. The Watson to Sherlock Ward. The Riley Steele to Jesse Jane. Separately they are incredible, but together, they are iconic. As we count down the games left watching these two extraordinary young men, we just gotta cherish every moment

Bain: It was a bit unfair to expect him to miss so much time and hit the ground running. It’s not like this is Jose Canseco and San Diego Surf Dawgs, but sometimes **** just takes time. This is the week that Bain imposes his will and erases the memory of the last drive in 2023.

Riley Williams: Last week I correctly predicted Elijah Lofton would score. This week I’m going Riley. He doesn’t get many chances, but I’ve seen him get more and more involved week to week. There’s no one on our roster that is like him from a size and ability standpoint. We like to get our TEs involved near the goal line so here’s a wild card


Verdict: GT is a worthy opponent when healthy. Some may say this is the toughest test of the season if King plays. GT had their moment last year. They’re not Ludacris or Outkast…they’re more Rich Homie Quan. They had their moment but that’s over now

It’s been 30 years since Atlanta has experienced a bombing like they’re gonna see on Saturday. This time it won’t be Eric Rudolph, but Cam Ward and Co sending spectators running for the parking lot

Yeah weller is just tough to find all around. For a while I have some friends in Ohio (I know I know) that would ship the SR and Antique to me and they could get it easily but that’s not the case anymore

My friend in San Diego sent me a photo of a Costco where they had hundreds of bottles of Eagle Rare for $32.99 and Blantons for $61.99 EHT Taylor small batch was about the same

I wanted to throw up or cry
 
****, I wish I'd seen this yesterday so I could get in a raging gym session. Instead, I'm on my way to Total Wine. It's game day and I have a coupon!

I don't really drink much of the hard stuff. Not that I'm opposed to it, just that I prefer a nice cold beer. I've got a bottle of Woodford Reserve my boss gave me that's taking forever to finish. I really need to up my drunkard game.

I made the switch a few years back but I appreciate a good beer as well of course

I am at the sipping stage of life so bourbon works well. When you start drinking it like it’s beer that’s when the nights so sideways

Sorry, I’m in Georgia!

Also, my son’s pediatrician gave it to me. He told me to chill out with some wine to help with breastfeeding in the hospital after I delivered my son. I told him I was more of a bourbon girl, we got to talking, and he brought me Weller instead. Good dude. He went to Michigan, but he also likes Miami a lot and has some stories about hanging out with Irvin back in the day. 🤣

No. For tequila, I prefer fortaleza, but I know it’s hard to find and the prices just went up. There’s an online liquor retailer called raretequilas.com. I almost bought a bottle of this years heaven hill grain-to-glass series bourbon at a local store, but I found it for 50% less at that website. They ship to Florida and have a bunch of rare, allocated stuff. They have Weller 12 year there for 200, and I almost pulled the trigger on that because there’s nowhere locally I can find it.
