I can easily see why you would choose Duke or VT to win the coastal. Just look at their conference schedule. Where we very likely have 2 loses to our cross division opponents, they have two wins. So we can only afford to lose 1 game at most during the round-robbin play in order to win the Coastal.
Now having said that, it is very easy to tell they are definitely riding Duke and Pitt's ****, and have been the past two years. I can see why they like Duke, even though they have nowhere near the talent we do, but Pitt? Pitt to come in 2nd? I just don't see that. Not even VT or UNC in 2nd, they voted Pitt! And it was laughable that we were ranked 13 in the QB roundup.

They are correct, frankly. We have had the talent advantage from a recruiting standpoint as long as we have been in the ACC and have zero earned coastal titles to show for it. adding to that, two of the teams that **** stomped us last year are in the division, and we open with a third that embarrassed us.

The over under should probably be 3rd in the acc coastal.

Every time I look on that blog, they are ALWAYS talking down on Miami. The latest coming from Andrea Adelson saying that she's "shocked" Miami is favored to win the Coastal division. They even voted to pick Miami as 4th and Duke as 1st in the Coastal. Yes, Miami does have question marks at QB and on defense, but be f***ing for real. They know good and **** well that Miami is favored due to the obvious talent that Miami has that the rest of the Coastal clearly does not have. They want to deepthroat that Blue Devil kool-aid so bad because of what transpired last season, but that was LAST SEASON. Duke has one Cinderella season and they want to think they are here to stay. Duke upset Miami last year, but they DO NOT recruit on the same level that Miami does BY FAR and the talent gap is WIDE. You can't logically think that they are a program clearly ahead of Miami right now. If that's the logic they choose to use, then if Florida had to play Georgia Southern this year, Florida would lose again, because oh, they lost to Georgia Southern last year. FOH Andrea.

Miami does recruit better if you're looking at recruiting rankings.

However, if you look at the results last year, you could say Duke does more with inferior talent than Miami does with superior talent.

Pretty sure VaTech and Louisville had lower ranked recruiting classes than Miami as well. What's your excuse for those losses?

That sounds like poor player development to me. I find it hard to believe our entire team is a bunch of busts.
