A billion times. But put it on paper (text) in here. At this point, who is the better head coach?

Randal

or

Albert

already 2 points for the Arky bag man wannabe Defensive coordinator.

Al would consider this trending up because he doesnt have any negative points yet.

AG has a higher winning percentage with worse talent.. but has played an easier schedule. Regardless if Randy had inherited the NCAA mess we'd be sitting a lot worse off then we are currently.

throw the ncaa **** out the window

whos the better on field head coach, off field head coach, and recruiter?

this is a cloud free zone.

Randy didnt necessarily inherit a ferrari. More like a 92 porsche that needed ALOT of work

If I had to pick one to lead my program, I would just fold the program.

Neither Shannon nor Golden should be leading a D1 big time program.

I personally liked what Randy had going forms while. That 2011 was an abortion though.

Both are the same to me at this point. Al disappointed me when he kept Donofrio. That dude has done NOTHING to warrant being kept on staff. His record deserves the pink slip. That is my biggest complaint with Al.

Al is better, imo. Too many dumb HC mistakes like burning valuable TO's during games for Randy. Also the last recruiting class Randy left behind, is also a blacc eye for RS. We had like 4 commitments with 3 weeks till signing day. His best class, he signed like 8 **** WR's and I think his ultimate mistake was jumping in bed with Jacory's father and basically giving the job to Jacory without t
competition. Let's not talk about his QB recruiting. We also had a **** turnstile with coordinators under Shannon.
My only problem with Golden, is his loyalty with his bff d'NOfrio. Its probably gonna cost him his job in a couple years. But on the bright side, our coffers will be stocked with good talent. This NCAA mess wasn't the easiest thing to walk into, blind. Then the PSU crap could've been handled a lot better.

What talent has Golden stocked at the DT position?

How so?

I acknowledge that Golden did a nice job navigating through the investigation. By all accounts, he handled it properly with media members, the UM community, boosters, etc. But that's all aesthetic.

Head coaches are measured by their on-field product. We're entering year four of this regime. No significant improvement has been shown. No adjustments have been made. Can you really say he has grown as a coach in regard to Gameday coaching and preparation? I can't.

It was just referenced in another thread, next year, there will be one mere player left on defense that Randy Shannon signed (Thanks, Dan). That's a bit freightening in my mind, simply because I don't feel we're built to succeed next season, and now, it all on Al

For you to make the claim that we'd be in an exponentially worse situation had Randy, not Al, inherited the investigation seems like reach.

I see a lot of people in this fan base already conceding an 8-4 record next season. As if it's to be expected based on our schedule. If we were to somehow go 7-5 he'd have an almost identical coaching record here to Randy Shannon, and we'd almost assuredly miss out on another division title. In that scenario what did we gain from firing Randy? If he goes 7-5 (missing out on the division again) and he keeps his job, I'll be contacting Rev. Al and Uncle Jesse myself.

Man you ****ers have some memory loss.

Golden is a clown, but Radio was a million times worse, in every aspect.

Why does it matter that pcity started this thread? Is he not allowed to voice an opinion? Or do you believe that all mods should be sucking Golden's ****? Please allow me to step into your simple minds.

Yet, their records are identical, with Radio playing the harder schedules. You aren't the type to let agendas get in the way, but I am having trouble seeing how you would make that assertion.
