"They wanted to pay for certain things to help Shapiro..."

Jon Solomon ‏@jonsol
New COI member Bobby Cremins tells Sirius that NCAA should have been "really, really skeptical" of Nevin Shapiro as a source.

Exactly what I said from the beginning. They pinned their entire witch hunt on a PROVEN liar who stated publicly that his goal was to bring UM down. So not only is their witness a convicted liar, but he's also a guy who has repeatedly stated publicly that he has a vendetta against the "defendant".

Wow, I wonder if the media should have made this a bigger deal (LIKE AT THE TOP OF THE FUCCCCCKING STORY) at the time.

What about his "personal vendetta" to destroy UM? Does that sound biased as well?

You think a guy with a public vendetta might fabricate stories to bring down his target? No way.

If the COI members feel that way, gotta be a good sign right?

From day fuccccking 1. The first thing that was stated was who he was
1. The guy who almost blinded a man with a no look sucker punch,
2. The guy that stole almost a billion dollars through FRAUD and DECEIT,
3. The guy that hung out with bookies and drug dealers,
4. The guy serving 20,
5. The guy trying to sell a book, and
6. The man who wants to get back at Miami

HE IS KNOWN FOR HIS VERACITY TO TELL THE TRUTH.

From day 1 we said STFU and let it play out!

Well, we know what Cremins thinks. Is he going to be involved in our case? Let's hope the others are bright enough to see what he sees.

Do you get a receipt for abortions?

Always. Be sure to bring them to the abortion accountant.

The whole receipt gimmick was another thing I never understood. People are such suckers to be duped into thinking that a naked receipt proves ANYTHING. I've never seen a receipt from a restaurant or a club that says who ate the food or drank the drinks. Likewise, I've never seen one that mentions who wore the clothes or was the beneficiary of the purchase.

And to think, this all came up because someone noticed Perez submitted a bill for her work that was clearly conflicted. G. Gecko said "greed is good." Problem is that, when paired with stupidity, it's not so good.

Bernie Madoff is now going to contact the NCAA and see what they'll do for him if he shares dirt on some free investment advice for Alabama family members, small portfolios provided to prospects, and names. After all, he DID attend Alabama.

In fact, felons across the nation are willing to share dirt on every frikkin' football program from coast to coast in exchange for the NCAA paying their attorneys, and maybe slipping them a few cartons of cigarettes per week, just as long as they keep naming names.

The NCAA has **** themselves, it's running down their legs, and filling their socks and shoes.

I have a receipt for a t-shirt I purchased that says Attorney with a 10 Inch Cack.

That receipt is proof of everything.

Also you must not eat with jews a lot. When we eat, we evidence everything and allocate properly.

I just LOLOLOLOLOL that most of the NCAA's information came, pretty much unverified, but they took at face value, from a convicted Ponzi schemer...there are some really stupid people involved with the NCAA.

Charles Robinson couldn't see through the muck of his deluded ambitions. Plain and simple. And, YAHOO couldn't see through the fog of their investment. Add that to the extreme nature of free miso soups and shots of vodka for college students, and well...

...PULITZER!

The whole thing is like a Chappelle Show spoof on the NCAA.

I'm sure they were blinded by the opportunity to crush Miami. Probably so giddy and excited they weren't thinking straight. Hope it costs a bunch of them their jobs.

"...where there were issues of common interests."

So according to someone who worked closely with both, the NCAA shared "common interests" with someone whose ONLY goal was to bury Miami and make headlines.

Is there any more doubt that these clowns are out to ***** us?

That she said that the NCAA (investigator) wanted to help Shapiro (cooperating witness) by paying certain of his legal fees is crushing to the NCAA's investigation. It entirely undermines the NCAA.

I wonder how much the NCAA paid for Shapiro's cooperation? How much help did the NCAA give him? What fees were paid and for what services?

The NCAA is right to be humiliated. Its conduct can't be defended here.

At this point, that's really the heart of the matter...and the reason I'm lacing up my skates and practicing my triple axels.

Yep. And it gets even worse when Emmert says that there were specific, advance instructions not to engage in this very conduct. That makes it knowing and willful. It makes the whole investigation reek of desperation and bias, making much of what could be included in an NOA questionable, at very best. Worse, it undermines any perceived moral or ethical base from which the NCAA can act. The NCAA needs to tuck tail as gracefully as it can.

No, sir. I do not. Their horns nauseate me.
