you guys really thought a freshman qb was just going to come in and ball lol I was telling yall use your head. when does that ever happen ?

Yeah, little Joe is our short yardage answer, right? Ice is our play caller, Uncle Luke the defensive guru and Ryan Hill PR director. And Gus was garbage the other night because he couldn't beat off defenders and break tackles in his own backfield. Doesn't matter if Jim Brown, Earl Campbell or Edge walked out the locker room door - weren't doing anything with the carries he had.
 
I don't understand why some are talking about a few missed passes, a missed assignment or even a special teams breakdown. Here is the disturbing sum of our problem:

FSU 41-14
VT 42-24
Duke 48-30
Lville 36-9
Lville 31-13

Other than Florida and UNC we have been curb stomped by anybody with an above avg roster. Mods do you sense that any part of the team is giving up on the Process?
 
What's up with Jersey guys? I went to UM and 80% of the student body was from NJ/NY. Seems you'd feel right at home.

Garbage time or not. I just watched Heaps in the 4th quarter against FAMU and he was garbage. Even his completions were not well placed. I can live with Kayya's 2 picks. First granted underthrown a bit, which will change as the speed adjustment is made) his WR has to fight for that ball. On the second, he took a chance because he along with everyone watching thought he had a free play after the NT jumped offside. Clive half assed it as well. He played far better than his stat line. Heaps should not take another snap in College with Ryan Williams coming back soon.
