Devin wasn't used as a WR in the NFL until his 3rd/4th year in the league until he figured out how to run routes

Go find me another former QB that didn't have to sit out a year and directly played WR or had significant amount of playing that already wasn't practicing as a WR off campus in the off season

So Miami doesn't have receiver coaching? Point is no one knows how he'll develop but like Jimmy Johnson, you take elite speed and find the best position; especially from a program like he plays for.

One shirt doesn't everyone and I don't think you can make a general assumption about all athletes based on Torrance Gibson. There are plenty of former QBs playing WR in the NFL. Terrell Pryor is one that comes to mind of late.

EVERY year there's a HS QB that projects as a WR at the next level, **** there's even NCAA QBs who project as WR in the NFL.

But every scout must be wasting their time, because it's too late to teach them how to run routes.

We're talking about a WR being recruited as a WR.....not a QB being recruited as a WR in which they have to teach them to play WR

Apparently you don't understand the difference of recruiting a WR, who played WR his entire time in High school,and a QB being recruited as a WR

Les Miles had Jarvis Landry and Odell on the SAME TEAM.

Saban had Plaxico, Clayton, Bowe, Jones, Cooper, Ridley, now Jeudy coming in along w Shavers.

I love Coach, but idk wtf his philosophy is on WRs. It's perplexing to say the least.

He has 2 heisman winners and one runner up without stacking 5* WRs. I think it's more about execution with Richt and that comes from ball placement and getting separation. Execution is the most important aspect of his offense, not necessarily individual talent. We are 8 weeks away from NSD. Just wait for it...

Our Staff be having some weird a55 dates setup for certain prospects on recruiting official visit weekends. Before the dead period and before the weekend jeudy visited we didn't have anyone visit officially. That's dumb ,swing for the fences every chance you get. And when we do have ov weekends it be like a big group of prospects visiting, ain't no way they can get the same amount of attention if the weekends were split up... we better have people visiting every weekend throughout January

The other thing is you don't necessarily just have to have one supremely talented guy. You can have a bunch of good receivers and win a National Championship. Can't base everything off what Alabama's doing. Clemson just had a bunch of really good receivers last year. Their top receiver will suspend it.

But you will never win NC's without great lines.
