if you're not going to take any pleasure in the gradual return to being a top 10 team that is in the running for Natl Championships then you must be a glutton for punishment. why follow the program, bc it has long been a series of disappointments if your only barometer is natl titles. remember, this program sunk to the absolute dregs of CFB, particularly under Shannon.

I don't see how you can't credit (and enjoy) Golden's efforts in returning us to the top. Under Golden's leadership, UM has completely overhauled recruiting, S&C, player development, and team chemistry. and he's done it in the face of an unbearable NCAA cloud, not to mention a local high school coaching fraternity actively sabotaging his efforts.

I just hope we can keep him for the long haul, bc we could not have pulled a better CEO, considering how much UM is willing to pay.
