Any theories as to why so many of the So Fla divas continue to play games or choose random OOS schools?

Because the hardest place to rebrand is in your own backyard and it won't happen overnight. But it'll happen.

These are all kids he had a relationship with while at Oregon. Not sure we can count on this being a long term pipeline.

Yes but he's building relationships today with a bunch of local big time recruits and that pays off. How many times have we had to read D$ tell us "the Bama/Tennessee/UF/Louisville staff was on him long before Miami got in the game and that was the difference" when we would ask how we lost whatever recruit was right in our backyard?

It will be interesting to see if that continues if we return to prominence. National recruiting at the level we are doing it will solve that issue quickly.

This was the cycle to kick it off with those west coast kids. He’s built a strong relationship with them the last few years. Hoard those kids now and make it look like the cool thing to them for the future. This isn’t the admin that was playing “I declare war” and guessing 100% of the time. Mario is playing chess at the highest level

No problem, my friend.

It’s y I’ve said UO has no beef w/ us. Mario did a lot of things way above board. Were they upset & disappointed, initially? Yes; and, were there some obnoxious fans in that base? Absolutely, but for the most part, especially the ones I’ve met in person, they’ve wished him & his family well. He wasn’t an a-hole like Riley was w/ OU. Mario is a real man about his; which is y he connects well w/ recruits & their family, imo. Real recognizes real.
