You mean to tell me you guys don't want to score 16.8 points a game like the FIU did last year? You guys don't know what you're missing out on man
Smh this is peek miami fan shît. Consistent top offenses but this guy sucks lol smhYup, sure do...fact of the matter is, he's not coming anyway. No sense even talking about it.
Bruh he's a leading candidate for NFL OC jobs and you want us to sell you on him being a good fit as OC here?
I swear people think we should be hiring Andy Reid as OC
So, again, who would you choose?Yup, sure do...fact of the matter is, he's not coming anyway. No sense even talking about it.
I'd take Yost over Littrell all day as an OC...Littrell wish he had the #1 Offense in America, like Yost had.
So you’re basically saying you won’t be happy with anyone except Yost? Serious question. If not him, who?His HC Record....and nothing else to Rave about. All this $$$$ we have now, and that's your definition of a "Great hire"??....C'mon man.
It’s still a risk imo.
How about someone who actually was great as an OC in college in multiple attempts?
Jalen Hurts is playing well, ok… can the guy scheme, game plan and playcall now?
Let’s not act like every NFL OC has came down to college and crushed it.
I’m done banking on guys deviating from their results on paper and hoping they’ve learned and grown without evidence. Just get me something proven already. They’re out there.
(Not comin anyway)
Yost never had it either lolI'd take Yost over Littrell all day as an OC...Littrell wish he had the #1 Offense in America, like Yost had.
Johnson isn’t coming.
Matt Patricia.This
To the “he is about to be an NFL OC bro” people….Brian Schottenheimer (sp?) is an NFL OC…should we hire him just because he calls plays in the NFL? What about Matt Canada? I can name several more.
Johnson would be a risk, bottomline. Give me someone that has already done it on this level and done it well, CONSISTENTLY. Is that too much to ask?
Why do we consistently say a coach has been putting numbers with less talent. Miami has had no significant offensive high round draftees in years and few in any round. There are dozens of Group of 5 schools with better, recent draft results. Perhaps an OC coming here would be trying to do it with lesser talent.Disagree. He's putting up numbers with significantly less talent. Bring him here and were start to score in the 30's per game. That to me is a great hire. Dan Mullen would be an even better hire. There are things between the worst and the best. Doesn't have to be one or the other and that's what Litrell would be. Great hire but there are better options. Seems like a simple concept.
You do realize that it was at FIU, where they had to pickup used football pads that Miami was getting rid of, because they lacked funds...You do realize Yost coordinated an offense last year that scored less points per game than Gatt ***? 18.67
Yes he did at Utah St.....his body of work at Utah St..and Missouri sh*ts on anything Littrell has done.Yost never had it either lol
