David Lake had an interesting segment on Doug Belk last year. Mario interviewed him and didn’t contact him back until 5 days later and he got annoyed with it. If that’s really how he handles the interview process no wonder he can’t get anyone

The red flags were there early with Mario when it was being widely reported that he had accepted the Miami job but was still doing press conferences for the Oregon bowl game. He is not decisive when making decisions, and it’s looking like it will be his fatal flaw.
