You don’t unconditionally hate like @SinisterCane and @crossover22[]_[]. Those two are very dedicated to their hateful craft.

In 100 years, students will be studying them as pioneers in the field. In 600 years, they’ll be revered for having changed the world with their message board behavior like in Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure - the way their band, Wyld Stallyns, averted disasters and altered the course of history.

Huh? Could you worship Mario any harder? Every post you have is white knighting for him. Is his **** shoved so far in the back of your mouth/head that it's starting to give you brain damage? Or are you taking the "Slurper of the year" award a little too literally?

Also, anyone who thinks Mario is automatically going to hire an awesome OC after what he's shown so far is the ******* moron.

Now hearing significant changes to the offense staff should be expected.

Hearing both Boomer Esiason and Rodney Hampton are names with a lot of momentum. Conversations with Mario have been productive.

Of course, a lot of behind the scenes negotiating happening now. All sides feeling each other out. Offers are on the table, now up to Boomer and Rodney to make a decision….

Whipple was born to coach and was raised in it. Him playing college ball was more about getting a jump on coaching versus playing pro ball.

Ask anyone about Kellen Moore and Dorsey and they’d tell you they were going to be star coaches. Whipple is the same type .

The reason why the NFL upgrades guys with no playcalling experience is because plays, strategy and playcalling are usually a team effort. Obviously one guy speaks it into the mic, but the amount of talks an OC had with his QB coach and his WR coach prior to that are more than enough. Belichicks game plan against the Bills for the Super Bowl is in the half of fame and he gets the credit; however, the reality is that Romeo Crennel and Al Groh constructed it with him.

As for the second part, Miami needs to be the job for young, innovative minds who are looking for their HC opportunities. We have all the athletic ability around in this area and we continue to waste it by being stuck in the past. Get someone in who is young, who wants to be a HC and is hungry. Theres plenty of guys like that at smaller schools.

**** , the lNFL will hire HC’s with no coordinator experience. All coaching circles are small , especially in the league. Everyone knows who the smart kids are or the next “ guru “ is. College isn’t as tight knit but there’s plenty of young up and comers. Are you just willing to put in the word to find them ?

Steve Belichick had no playcalling experience prior to 2019.

Patriots has the best defense in advanced metrics since then.
